Program Description
We will discuss what the Low income Taxpayer Clinic does, and how we began to see tax fraud amongst low income and ESL populations as a huge issue.

This event is both in-person at the FCA Offices in Houston, TX, and streamed virtually through zoom. Breakfast is provided for those joining in-person.

Learning Objectives
This program will discuss tax preparer fraud, their methods and remedies, both tax and consumer based. We will discuss a recent case example of this and summarize identity theft forms, procedures, and processing times.
