Dual Rights

Since 1964, the American Academy of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants has fought to ensure dually-licensed Attorney-CPAs are able to practice any of their qualified professions and promote their unique skillset.

Beginning with the simple mission of protecting dual-practice rights, AAA-CPA has evolved to offer a wide range of exclusive resources that not only benefit members, but also their clients.

Dual Rights Fund Contribution

The Dual Rights Fund is used to support the Academy’s efforts to protect Attorney-CPAs with their right to practice as an Attorney, CPA, or both. This Fund is used for issues deemed critical to Attorney-CPAs.
