Patti M. Richards Receives Prestigious Louis Goldberg Award
The American Academy of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA) named Past President and Attorney-CPA Foundation President Patti M. Richards of Atlanta, Georgia a recipient of the prestigious Louis S. Goldberg Memorial Award for Outstanding Achievement. Richards was presented with the Award at the AAA-CPA Fall Meeting in Palm Springs, California on November 4th during the Meeting’s Closing Reception. The Award was presented by R. Steven Scott, a 2012 recipient of the Award and a Past President of the Academy.
The Goldberg Award is named in honor of Louis S. Goldberg an Attorney-CPA and “Honorary Past President” of the AAA-CPA who laid the ground work through his writings and sound legal arguments that dual licensees have the right to practice as they deem fit for the public good.
