IRS Failure to Update Cost of Living Standards Negatively Impacts Financially Distressed Taxpayers The Internal Revenue Service has created a terrible inequity by failing to have provided an interim inflation adjustment to its Collection Financial Standards, according to the AAA-CPA. Insurance Deductibility The AAA-CPA has expressed its concern regarding the deductibility of health insurance premiums covering an S corporation sole shareholder-employee in a state that prohibits a single employer group plan.
