Welcome to the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants website. Former AAA-CPA President Sydney Traum Named Florida Super Lawyers

The AAA-CPA is pleased to announce that Past President, Sydney Traum, BBA, JD, LLM, CPA was selected for inclusion to the Florida Super Lawyers List of 2009. Only five percent of Florida lawyers have been named to this list.

Executive Director Earns Certified Association Executive Credential

The American Society of Association Executives has announced that Nicole M. Emard, CMP, Executive Director of The American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA) has earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE™) credential. The CAE is the highest professional credential in the association industry. Less than five percent of all association professionals have earned the CAE.

The AAA-CPA IRS Tax Liaison Committee submitted comments on the proposed Regulations to the Section 6694 Preparer Penalty Rules.
